Urgent Care Service, we’re there when needed we offer a 24 hour service with telephone support from local General Practitioners (GP’s) and Ambulance services when required.
Senior nursing staff assesses patients arriving in the Urgent Care Centre and then decide what level of care they might require. The provision of advice, support and care will be based on this assessment. This may range from non-urgent care to urgent care required within 10 minutes. The Nurse will consult with the GP on call and medical care will be provided as required.
- Patients may be seen by one of our senior staff who can perform advanced assessments, provide minor treatments and will consult with the local GP or Regional Emergency Department for further advice as required.
- If your condition requires more specialist investigation or management than can be provided at Nagambie HealthCare, transfer by ambulance may be required.

As a provide hospital a small consultation and consumables fee is charged however should you become a member of Nagambie HealthCare you are eligible for visits at no charge.
